The 41 mm brushed steel case highlights a silver dial with a full-color TAG Heuer logo and an automatic date calendar at the 4:30 position. Blue chronograph subdials at 2 and 10 o'clock display the 1/10 second counter and 12-hour counter respectively, and an additional subdial at 6 o'clock registers the seconds. Luminous hands and hour markers, a chronograph seconds hand, and a red chronograph minute hand with an arrow tip are all designed for optimal radiance and readability. The dial is framed by a unidirectional rotating bezel with an Arabic numeral scale for timing dives and other limited events. The watch presents on a handsome and brushed and polished steel link bracelet that features a double safety clasp and an extension system for divers.

I really liked this watch. A little complicated to operate all those timers. The red minute timer hand started resetting on the two minute mark. I wanted the watch to be just right and am returning it. Too bad they didn't offer me the option to get a replacement and I could not see how you get advice on if this is something that can be repaired. Anyway the price has gone up significantly but I will likely get another one.

I know the rage is for automatics and yes I have many including the aquaracer with the 7750 valjoux movement in black. But sometimes I simply don't want 19th century technology. I don't want to have to wind my watch every day or plug in the watch winder. Sometimes I want the simple pleasure of a beautiful no hassel quartz. And this one is a beauty. The silver-blue dial makes it versatile. Sporty with jeans and a tee shirt, dressed up with a jacket and tie and elegant with a suit. Amazon had the best price on it and I was happy to add this Tag to my collection. Note 1: it seems I have the 43 millimeter model which has more presence on the wrist. Note2, it can sometimes be difficult to see the hands -- not enough contrast with the silver dial. This is particularly the case with the chronographs in the aquaracer series--the hands can get lost in subdials and/ or the lack of contrast in lower light.

as a young professional a few years into my trade i have been looking for a nice luxury watch, my first one at that. i looked for a few months in many different places, as well as trying on a number of different models and brands at jewelry stores around the area.
i decided on this watch with only a little hesitation ordering online since i had read many, many reviews about amazon. i am completely thrilled with my decision to say the least...i received the watch the next day and everything was impeccable. i will not hesitate to go thru amazon again for my next watch (not in the very near future though!), or any large purchase for that matter.
a couple thoughts and suggestions:
*i would recommend going to a local shop to try this on. i don't agree that it is too heavy or too large, in fact anything smaller would be too small for me...also note, the automatic version of this watch is thicker, heavier and not nearly as comfortable in my opinion...in my experience most of the places i went to only had this model
*getting this professionally fit after receiving could not be easier. i went to a jared's and it took less than 10mins for exactly $10 + tax. on top of that i asked the guy about the authenticity, he commented he'd ran a jewlery repair shop prior to that for over 10 years and the watch was undoubtely the real deal...not that i didn't think it was but, good-to-know
*after learning the simple chronograph functions i am very glad that's the style i decided on. it really is a pretty cool feature and i find myself timing stuff a lot just for the smell of it.
this watch is everything i had hoped for, beautiful, comfortable, noticeable but not "blingy", and $1000 cheaper than the next guy may have paid for it!

This watch has class. It is a very attractive piece. You will get a Tag warranty as well. This is my first watch that I shelled more than $500 bucks out for. I'm not regretting it so far. I won't wear it every day but I won't think twice about taking it to depths scuba diving. Get this watch if you can get it for the price tag you like.

Hesitated buying this watch but eventually succumbed to the beauty of the watch and the price. I ordered this watch on a Monday morning and believe it or not was delivered to my home by Wednesday morning early (8am) Postage at home can take longer than that !
Although there isn't a guarentee with this watch and it wasn't sold by an authorised dealer, I am convinced it is the real McCoy. After the festive season I will endeavour to get the watch authenticated and valued for insurance purposes - so watch this space.
The watch itself cannot be faulted heavy enough, fits perfect and easy to use and great to look at. If everything pans out with this watch no doubt I will be back to Amazon for more of the same.
