The original Patek Philippe Metal dial is in good condition and has its original gold hands; second hand at 6 o'clock. Powered by a manual winding/time setting crown, the original high-grade Patek Philippe mechanism has 18 jewels and has been adjusted in five positions; head, cold, isochronism. Comes with Swan neck regulator and self-compensating Blue Breguet balance spring. Case is Original Patek Philippe Pocket watch conversion. This beautiful timepiece is in great working condition.
