This magnificent timepiece is constructed with an antimagnetic 18-karat-rose-gold case, a unidirectional black-and-rose-gold bezel, and a black canvas wristband secured with an adjustable buckle clasp. A scratch-resistant-sapphire window shields the black dial, which features a skeleton window beneath the 12 o'clock position that beautifully shows off its tourbillon movement. The dial also includes luminous rose-gold hour markers with Arabic numerals at three, six, and nine o'clock. The dial also includes a rose-gold ring marked with slim minute indexes, luminous watch hands, and an eight-day power reserve indicator above the six o'clock position. It was a gift... July 15, 2010 Edward Marques (Los Angeles, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I got this watch as a gift when I graduated from trade school. I was in trade school for two years and so this was the gift I got for finishing the school. The school was two years long, and it was so to become a cook, or a chef. Chef oar a cook is similar, but the chef will use parsley! LOL! It was called LATTC. LA Trade Tech College for short. BE WARNED! There is no promise to get this type of watch if you finish the program! I know sum guys that got all A in class and their parents didn't get them no watches!
Granpa Lonny gave it to me and we know he's CRAZY AS HELL! With monies to burn. When I found to pay over 80,000 for it I say hello eBay! Where I sold for almost sixty five thousand...
30% Discount? Darn I bought at list! June 14, 2010 Some Bloke (Canada) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Luckily I returned it when I found out it was some kind of wind-up watch and not a proper quartz one.
Sheesh!....you spend all that cash and would think you would get an up-to-date movement!
Shipping Cost Outrageous June 10, 2010 Ciaran Luke (NJ, USA) 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I know for a fact Amazon and its third party sellers ship other watches for less that $6, but this one is over 9! I was going to get the watch, but if the seller is that lazy (or greedy) with shipping costs it's just not worth the money.
Only good for telling time and looking good May 4, 2010 Chris Motes 5 out of 8 found this review helpful
I tried using this watch as a Wonder Woman style bullet deflector bracelet.
It did not deflect the bullet. So I bought a second one.
Then, I was doing some casual diving in my pool, and I noticed that the watch held up well at a 1,000 foot depth, but at around 1,100 feet it zonked out. I was really ticked about this.
More valuable than my liver. April 8, 2010 Jeff T. Munn (Van Nuys, CA) 12 out of 15 found this review helpful
Unfortunately, I drank a lot in my early years and now have cirrhosis of the liver. Doctor says I won't last more than a couple months without a transplant, which just so happens to cost about as much as this watch. I went with the watch. It's pretty.
